The KTU School of Economics and Business invites everyone with a business idea or early entrepreneurial experience to join the international Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs (EYE) programme. This initiative offers young entrepreneurs a unique chance to enhance their skills, understand international markets, collaborate with experienced mentors, and take confident steps toward starting or expanding their business.
🌍 About the Programme:
Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs is a business exchange initiative funded by the European Commission. It provides new or aspiring entrepreneurs with the opportunity to collaborate with experienced business owners abroad.
During the visit, participants take part in real business activities, observe company operations, gain hands-on experience, and further develop their own business plans.
The programme lasts from 1 to 6 months, and the collaboration takes place directly with a host entrepreneur-mentor. Participation is open to entrepreneurs from all business sectors.
🎯 Programme Benefits:
Participation in the programme offers much more than a typical internship because it is an opportunity to:
- gain practical experience in business management and development;
- learn how to overcome the first entrepreneurial challenges;
- expand your international network and build long-term business partnerships.
👥 Who Can Participate?
- individuals with a new business idea;
- new entrepreneurs with less than 3 years of business experience;
- participants aged 18 and above (no upper age limit).
Participation in the programme is open to everyone, regardless of nationality, sector, or education — the key is motivation to grow and learn from experienced entrepreneurs.
💶 Funding:
Participants receive a monthly grant of up to EUR 1200, depending on the host country.
The programme is free of charge, accommodation and living expenses are partially covered.
🌐 Where You Can Go?
