The competitive advantage of modern organizations in the national and international contexts is increasingly dependent on employees’ organizational commitment. The goal of the project is to develop student research, qualitative data analysis, and research presentation skills through a narrative analysis of the factors of commitment to the organization in a virtual workplace, analyzing qualitative research data using the MAXQDA program, and summarizing the research results in a scientific paper and a conference report.

Project is funded by EU Structural Funds according to the 2014–2020 Operational Programme for the European Union Funds’ Investments priority “Development of scientific competence of researchers, other researchers, students through practical scientific activities” under Measure No. 09.3.3-LMT-K-712.
Project results:
Practical scientific activities carried out during the project will develop the student’s scientific competence, and the results of the research will improve a new conceptualization of organizational commitment.
