Project description:

According to the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work, 28 % workers have health problems due to work-related stress. Work environment inspire employees, or
conversely make them feel unhappy or unsatisfied. Hence, work environment affects the socio-psychological experience of the employee. Moreover, negative experience
can lead to stress symptoms that can eventually suppose more serious mental health problems.
The aim of the study is to explore the linkage between managerial behavior-based threats and rewards and socio-psychological experience of employees and to provide
practical implications for managerial behavior that could promote sustainable socio-psychological experiences of employees.
