The project supports a long-term internship in University of Girona, Spain. The internship is aimed to enhance research competences in the field of study of digital transformation of organizations, specifically the development of capabilities of organizations that introduce service-oriented business models. It also contributes to the skills related with collection, processing, and analysis of large scale pan-European empirical data and strengthens the inter-institutional ties based on joint research projects.
