We kindly invite you to the seminar „Non-family member managers in family businesses“ organized by the KTU School of Economics and Business together with the University of Latvia and the National Sun Yat-sen University, Taiwan.
The seminar will present current research topics on non-family member managers in family businesses. In addition, the seminar will discuss the future research directions to recruit, retain, and develop this group of workforce to enhance their contribution to the sustainable development of family businesses.
