💡Presenter PhD student Lukas Geryba is a 4th year PhD student in Social Sciences, Management (S003). His dissertation topic is “Born-Digital Firm Performance: A Multi-Perspective Analysis”. He will share his experiences and discuss best practices for international traineeships. Topics will include strategies for finding partner higher education institutions, fostering research collaborations, building professional networks, preparing an effective traineeship plan, and exploring the benefits of gaining professional experience abroad.
